Hi, and thanks for your
time! Please give us a short introduction about your
band first.
Doppler (bass, sampling): Techny-Call X is a
biomechanical musical project throwing us in a future
where the machine replaces gradually the man. At the
release of the german masterpiece ‘METROPOLIS’ by Fritz
Lang, didn’t we say: the man is an error of the machine?
Reared by the cinematographic imagery Blade Runner,
Tetsuo (1& 2) and Matrix, the concept Techny-Call X was
born in 2005.
Why was Techny_Call X formed? Felt like you didn't
crush enough souls with Seth and Monarchia Daemonium?
Doppler: I wished to build a Metal/Indus band for
a long time. The end of Seth gave me the opportunity to
materialize this project.
How would you describe the music you are making and
why?
Doppler: We wish to give our music a dark
character with heavy atmosphere. In that purpose, we
developed oppressive layers of keyboards supported by
incisive guitars accompanied by industrial sequences on
powerful rhythms.
What are your main influences?
Doppler: We agree to quote Ministry, Samael, Fear
Factory as common influences. However, we come from
different musical scenes.
You released a four track demo last year. What can
people who blindly buy it expect of it?
Doppler: To hit you right in the ears!
What were the replies you recieved on the demo so far?
Did you expect these replies?
Doppler: We are very happy to have been able to
materialize this project. Now, it’s possible to launch
the Techny-Call X machinery. We are also very glad for
the good reception given to `Start the Process’.
Currently we are working on new songs for the album. For
everything else, you alone are the judge: 2 titles are

What can we expect of Techny-Call X in the near
future?
Doppler: We expect the release of the album at
the end of the year, we hope to see many of you at the
tour which will follow. We are planning a lot of
surprises for you.
