Originally hailing from the depths of hell that is Brainerd, Minnesota, and exploiting the darker aspects of a world defiled.... Dark, baritone singing and high pitched shrieks, as well as a haunting backing female vocal accompaniment, encompass the vocal side of Days Of Our Decay. The"gothic-styled" keyboard and piano melodies, a heavy disarray of drum programming, pulsating basslines and subtle guitar accents formulate and complete this orchestra of madness. All of which, tinged with a sickly dose of Industrial rock, to deliver: Elevator Music For The Dying. ll the music and lyrics are written, composed and arranged by Darvius Noctem. Lyrics are composed based on personal beliefs and views on religion, society, and personal issues, sometimes melded into “vampiric” metaphors, and sometimes blatantly exposed.
