The band Forgotten Souls was created in 1998 by Krzysztof "Chris" Wójcik (guitar), Piotr "Peter" Wójcik (drums) and Pawel "Mr G.sus" Grobler (keys). In next two years other musicians joined: Arkadiusz Miskowiec (guitar) and Marcin Gierczynski (vocal). With this lineup we penned our first songs. In 2000 band started to play gigs, recorded first demo and won amateur bands contest in the "Pod Jaszczurami" club. During next two years many lineup changes had occured, that’s why no gigs were played, but slowly new material was created. In 2003, with new bassist Mateusz "Matt" Zachorowski and vocalist Olaf Rózanski, FS returned to playing gigs and won metal bands contest in the "Woodstock" club. Not long after that Arkadiusz Miskowiec quit the band and the remaining five members recorded the new material called "Tommorow’s Dead End" at "Amadeusz" studio. Then new guitarist - Marcin Kijak had joined, and FS was performing live shows during next two years, some with such bands like Delight, Sacriversum, Thy Disease and Bright Ophidia. After that period Marcin Kijak had left the band and in 2005 five members of FS recorded an album "Maeth" at own home studio. Despite having some good press, there was no serious cooperation with any music company. Next year Olaf Rózanski left the band, and after several months of searching a new man was welcomed on board – Rafal "sVirus" Piotrowski. FS also kept creating new amazing material. In January 2008 a new album has been recorded, titled "Nine Syndromes". Currently Forgotten Souls promote this material on live performances and in media, hoping to sign a contract with a record company. Samples from "Nine Syndromes" can be found in the DOWNLOAD section, and everyone interested in buying this album are invited to the MERCHANDISE section.
