Diabolos Rising is the underground industrial (black)
metal project of George Zaharopoulos (Necromantia and
more) and Mika Luttinen (Impaled Nazarene, The Rocking
Dildoes and more). Blood, Vampiricism & Sadism was
released in 1995 on Kron-H, which is a sublabel of
Osmose Productions.
This album starts with one of the best industrial black
metal songs I have ever heard. Satanic Propaganda has an
excellent atmosphere, and the guitarwork is really
powerful. Also, the lyrics fit well to this all.
Afterwards, some cool industrial songs follow. Blood
Lunar Cult and Sadism Unbound are exellent examples of
the way this record tries (and succeeds) to create some
satanic pervert industrial. This album really shows an
other side of two pure metalheads. Oh, and Divad of
Necromantia plays session guitars on this record.
