Artist: CONTROL HUMAN DELETE
Album: Terminal World Perspective
Year: 2007

Control Human Delete formed in 2001 in the Netherlands, the band mates include Void (Vocals), PULSE (Bass guitars, Computers, Synthesizers), Axis (Guitars, Computers, Synthesizers), Eon (Guitars), Spectre (Computers, Synthesizers). They are influenced by the likes of Alan F. Alford, David Duetsch, and Erich von Daniken.

The first track, “Eclipse”, a short opening only lasting 1:23 is very muted, with strange noises in the back as if to prepare or perhaps say beware. Vocals added at the end just add to the ominous sound. Next track, “Protocol of Systematic Belief”, doesn’t hide but starts with full force, the intensity of the instruments coupled with strong hard vocals. Slowing but not losing an ounce of ferociousness before returning to metallic additives, with the vocals maintaining strength. Ending with a high shrieking noise a perfect blend of intensity and hard vocals. Third track, “The Creation Equivalence Principle”, the fast tempo begins instruments hard vocals chiming in breaking only for a spoken clip before the sound envelopes you completely. Well composed harmony of guitar, synthesizers, and drums are brilliant adding in muttered vocals creates a sound that completes that is purely innovative. Before slowing with drums and synthesizers breaking with guitar leading the way and vocals of guttural growls the drums take note and up their tempo. Next track, “Spectrum of Divine Nature”, synthesizers bring in this track followed by drums and shattering guitar almost a mellowed dread of sound. Slower parts add an eerie quality which seems to flow in without a flaw with a soft spoken clip ending the slow tempo to revive the strong hard sound. You hear every aspect of the track, not one sound over powers the other a beautifully blended track. Fifth track, “Transpherium”, this track is a perfect intermission for the album, the break from the intensity of the former, the softer tempos breaks the mind but also keeps with an almost haunting sound that draws you in with out even trying spoken clips bring the perfect ending . Next track, “Operation: Genesis Reprise”, no holds barred the beginning is loud and very forceful, tempo very fast with vocals that open your eyes. Synthesizers and spoken pieces add in a flare that blends all in. Slower drums and guitar with eerie sounds backing it up hit the middle before speeding back into true form, woven together to create a treat for the ears. It ends as brilliantly as it began adding a stringed clip of an almost mental state. Next up, “Sin Tide Manufacturing”, begins with a sound of old records with haunting sounds that make your heartbeat speed up as you wait for something to jump out at you, adding in strings only intensify the sensation. Broken by a spoken vocal before screaming vocals replace with drums and guitar. Broken drum pieces up and down the flow making for a wonderfully composed track that takes your mind for a ride. Eighth track, “Global Storm Element”, has a very shattering start with growling vocals that bring a frigid feeling to your ears. Spoken clips bring break to the growling intensity of the vocals before again slamming you into shattering drums and guitar. The track changes into a slower tempo breaking to an almost calming a huge change from the start, only to be led into a deep guttural vocal fast tempo piece, before ending with a very unique computer sound of dread. Last track, “Absolution”, starts slowly with dreadful sounds and drumlines flowing beautifully together in harmony. Only to weave in ominous sound effects ending on low humming and deep sounding thumps that resonate the end is here.

Terminal World Perspective brings an array of sounds that keep your sense on edge; the intensity comes through load and clear with this album. I thoroughly enjoyed this album, from eerie haunting tones to hard vocals; there is literally something for everyone here.
