Feldgrau is a newborn project featuring (ex-)members of
Angelcorpse, Immolation, Terror Organ and Revenge. What
I expected was some chaotic black/death metal, but I was
terribly wrong. What I found was some war metal, with a
drum machine which sounds like old school gabber from
time to time. Yes, I present to you some industrial war
death metal.
Mechanized Misanthropy brings you into an over 40
minutes war, lead by the Feldgrau kommando. With titles
like "Stormfront" and "Kommand", they describe their own
music in words. Industrial war metal to the bone!
Excellent black/death metal vocals, and powerful guitar
riffs. The drums are not that powerful (sometimes there
are like 30 seconds without any drums), but in a way
this fits to this complex album. This album is really a
must for fans of Tourette Syndrom, Count Nosferatu
Kommando and stuff like that. My compliments to Agonia
Records, to have the balls to bring this upon mankind!
