For the people who were living under a rock the last few years - what is The Bombs of Enduring Freedom?
The Bombs Of Enduring Freedom is an audio war against all tyranny and injustice world wide. Designed to bust bunkers, topple technocracies and encircle empires, this is underground music's answer to CNN.

What are your main influences?
We are inspired by all musics and all brave peoples - be they the endangered tribes of the amazon fighting exploitation of their land against multinational oil companies, the tibetan monks fighting against chinese nationalism, and the palestinian peoples struggle against U.S funded zionist aggression. Loads more, both past, present and future. Historical figures like Simon Bolivar, Mahatma Ghandi, Yasser Arafat, Che Guevara as well as the politcal musicians John Lennon, Peter Tosh, Jimmy Hendrix and Bob Marley who all died in strange circumstances in the CIA's covert war against anyone trying to use the influence they were lucky enough to wield to change the status quo. Musically, T.B.O.E.F is inspired by pretty much eveything, and then recycled and put into an experimental industrial metal style.

Why did you pick 'Usa Te Usa' for this compilation? It's pretty different than the 'regular' The Bombs of Enduring Freedom tracks, right?
Yeah it's different. Doing this track in spanish in a latin style mixed with industrial metal was fun, challenging and experimental. Political commentary that you can dance reggaton to... Inspired by the documentary 'The Revolution Will Not Be Televised' - in general, we are quite sympathetic by the Bolivarian revolution in Venezuela, but Chavez let's himself be used and demonised by the western media. We fear it will probably end tragically. The U'S's interferrence in latin america over the past 40-50 years is one of the greatest crimes of the 20th century.

It's as well the first The Bombs of Enduring Freedom track with Spanish lyrics. Why did you pick Spanish lyrics?
Why not ? If we find an arabic speaker, be sure we'll do a track in arabic too...

What's the message you try to spread lyrically with this track?
Aprt from what I previously said, we wanted people to know the scope of TBOEF's commentary has no borders, creed, language, religion or nationality. This is begging of a new phase we are calling "the great international hostage crisis".

The U.K. isn't really known for it's metal scene. How is the scene over there?
Dont know - cos we dont have anything to do with it (guess that answers your question ?).

What can we expect of The Bombs of Enduring Freedom in the near future?
A continuation of "the war on the war on terror" moving into phase 2, more truths that make the upper classes wince and general all round anti-establishment activity that hopefully wont get us assassinated by the CIA, MI5 or Mossad.

Do you got any final words to add?
Any international metal artsist, get in touch for possible collaboration on our new project.
