Initially formed in 2003 by Stephane Holweck and Florian Leniaud, Toxic Engine is a modern musical project created by two different experienced musicians. The original idea has been to collect their respective opposed backgrounds and influences to help shape the genuine Toxic Engine musical identity. The project has become a unique blend of deep electronic programs, specific synths and industrial drums mixed with distorted metal guitars and heavy vocals. Toxic Engine is now an exclusive gathering of a multiplicity of renowned underground styles such as psychedelic-trance, metal, ebm and industrial music. Toxic Engine is a bold and audacious initiative going far beyond the standard boundaries of extreme electronic music.
