Virtigo is an Industrial / Black Metal project that was formed in Toronto. Virtigo was a one-man project, Melek; who later met with Shaitan and the idea of constructing an industrial band topped with guitars and harsh vocals came along. The band continued as a two-piece project with Shaitan and Melek writing all of the music and lyrics. Virtigo independently released an album entitled "Systematic Suicide" in late 2005. After a few local shows, Overman joined as a live keyboardist. April 2006, Virtigo decided to add another member to the line up and Neohuman has been responsible for the bass guitar. In October 2006, Melek was dismissed. Shortly after that Ifreet joined Virtigo as a full time guitarist. Devisor joined the band as a temparory programmer and continued working on the second album. In July 2007, Overman departed from Virtigo and we wish him all the best in future projects. Virtigo’s live shows consist of chaos reigning atmosphere and have become an experience that will never be forgotten.
